The food is really good, but the service is incredibly slow. This place is very popular for good reason, but the way times are up to around an hour sometimes.nnEven ordering ahead, you still have to wait for pick up after you arrive.

The food is good but, terrible service. The waitresses are scatter brained. I came in with my mother and was the first table to sit down out of the five tables downstairs. They ended up serving the 4 tables before us. Then the waitress finally came with my plate and still hadn't brought my moms food. I ended up finishing my plate and my moms food still wasn't served. Honestly, it was sad having my mom watch me eat. Worst service I have ever had and I've been to a lot of restaurants.

Service is very bad, do not recommend this restaurant at all! The waitress didn't even know which order was who's. The waitress asked everyone down stairs who ordered the fish plate and no one had ordered that. How do you not keep track of your tables and know who ordered what? Thats supposed to be your job.

Went for my birthday and food was good didnt have flavor but was still amazing very nice ladies and a beauftiful place if u wanna go get and listen to bachata.

Before you pull up you can smell how good the food is you have to stop and check it out you will definitely be satisfied
