I just had the nicest experience with Mike's Auto Body after someone backed into my car.  Mark at the front desk was super accommodating...he even arranged for my rental car pick up and return.  The greatest part of the experience was that when I picked up the car, they had done a full detail on both the exterior and interior; it looks as nice as it did when I drove it off the dealership lot.  What a lovely surprise. I recently stopped at Mike’s because we are turning in our first leased car and someone had left several scratches and a small dent in the door. Seems they must’ve hit our car with their door. Being the first time we ever leased a car, I was worried it would count against us and lower the value. I explained the situation to Mark at the shop. He took the car in the same day and buffed our/touched up the paint. The damage went from an eyesore to barely knowing it happened. He charged me well below what I was expecting to pay, and I tried to give him more but he wouldn’t accept it. I’m beyond happy, and while I hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon, they’ve earned a customer for life. Great people. I’m so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.
