The professionals at this branch were exceptionally professional at handling my case. The staff were informative with giving me details whenever I requested updates on the status of my case. What impressed me the most was when the accident happened. A representnative came out to my home immediately to let me know how serious they were about getting me the medical help as well as anything else in order for me to have a stress free transition. I will be heading over to d'Oliveira and Associates if any other legal situation ever arises.

Great lawyer. I had a car accident last year and this firm gave me what I deserve and also fix my car at no cost to me. Also they were great at keep me inform thru all the case. I recommend them

About a year ago me and my mother got into an accident. We decided to come to the d Oliveira and Associates office in Pawtucket and instantly we were greeted with Lisa who was amazing, explain everything to us in details about our case and was a huge help. Lisa always kept us inform and if we ever had a questions about anything, she'll call us back right away and help us with whatever question we might have. Robin also was very helpful. Explain to us our options and gave us recommendations of everything that was happening. Me and my mother life was worry-free from the minute we walk into the office. Everyone was friendly. We would 100% recommend this office to everyone we know and we would work with them again if anything ever happens again. Thank you Lisa, Thank you Robin.

My father Moustapha Male was involved in a crash from the rear. Distressed and worried he decided to work with the associates at D’Oliveira and they put all his worries at ease. They were professional and accommodating and took him step by step with everything involving his case. Attorney D. Robin Gouveia especially was a tremendous help with everything ! Located in Pawtucket, she helped him through his whole ordeal as if he was part of her family. Great place to go with legal matters indeed !

After my accident, trying to handling this on my own became confusing, as both myself and the other driver had the same insurance company. I never knew if the insurance company was looking after my well being or their own. That's when I decided to have d'O & Associates sort it out for me.nAfter your initial intake, there is nothing that you need to worry about. Robin and Lisa took over from there. They do what they do best and I just needed to worry about taking care of myself. They know a low offer when they see one and they refused to settle for less. I was very pleased with the outcome. Hopefully I won't be needing their services anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Robin and Lisa, for doing what you do so well.
