This is a review about William Delaney.nnI contacted Bill about an issue I had with the builder of my property over negligence. He seems knowledgeable in his field and respect him in that way.nnMy issue is the professionalism. He was extremely difficult to contact, missed emails and missed phone calls. Finally got in touch with him after the initial meeting. He set up a 2nd meeting with me for 10am and missed it. In no way was I informed he would not be able to attend the meeting until 30mins after the start of the appointment.nnI walked out of his office and decided not to work with him. He wasted roughly a month of my time.

Mike Schein and his Partner Bill are amazing attorneys! Mike handles all of our real estate transactions and Bill has done an amazing job managing our trusts! Their paralegals are also top knotch!

What can I say about Mike Schein and Blais Cunningham & Crowe Chester? They are my go-to for all my real estate closings! Mike is very responsive, attentive to detail, and he answers his cell phone. From time to time I request a rush and when I have asked they get it done. Mike is not only a good closing attorney, he's a good guy. He truly cares about his client and he does his part to get the title work done and the clients to the closing table on time. Mike also has a great back shop...his paralegals Jessica & Kerri are awesome! They are always pleasant when I call and they communicate extremely well. Thank you!

Katelyn Griffin was an amazing Lawyer who helped process some documents. She was very fast efficient, knowledgeable and friendly to work with! I highly recommend you contact her for any of your legal needs. Also her fees were very reasonable and she is an asset to the Blais Cunningham Crowe Chester Firm!! Also Mr. Briden is an excellent lawyer as well thought I'd mention him as well!
