We recently had our taxes done by the office in Pawtucket (via phone). It was relatively complicated on our end, but the folks at the office handled things very well. There were some technical issues, and due to COVID-19 concerns my wife and I have avoided public places, so we were not able to go in to the office.nWhen there were technical complications, Paul, the manager, dedicated himself to seeing that things resolved. His commitment and determination to help his customers was very admirable. True integrity and dedication, for sure! He actually went so far as to drive to our home with papers for us to sign. How many folks would do that? And, Paul was so patient and earnestly nice, a delight to interact with. He saved the day! Many thanks!!!

Two years they screwed up the paperwork. They have some old woman running the front desk that has ZERO idea what she is supposed to be doing. 199 I paid them and yet again the state of massachusetts is contacting me saying my taxes were not processed rite .. I will never go there again scammers that can't seem to do the job they are paid for .nnI made 33k last year. H&R. Got me 1300 state and fed combined.. run as fast as I can go fo TurboTax.. because H&R. Are a bunch of thieves
