Elliott Mcmullen, Salesman, recently helped me purchase a 2020 F250. Because of the effect COVID-19 has had on new inventory, it took about month to find the right truck so I got to know Elliott better than any salesman that I've worked with in the past. Elliott is an advocate; he tirelessly worked to get me the right truck at the right price. Elliott is honest; not once did I question anything he told me. Elliott is dedicated; on multiple occasions he answered my questions after business hours. Elliott listens; he doesn't employ high pressure sales tactics. Elliott is patient; I'm a demanding customer and push for everything I want and not once did he hint about walking away (unlike other salesmen). Elliott cares about his customers. Above all, he's just a good man. After this experience, I wouldn't want to work with another salesman. So if you're buying a Ford or Lincoln, ask for Elliott. You won't regret it and your bank account will thank you.
I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was the best dealership car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman CJ was fantastic. He was responsive before I even got to the dealership and easy to work with when I was there. Gary was very personable and responsive as well. Mike (finance) was more of the same and made the payment portion of the transaction smooth and pleasant. All were very professional. Oh, and I LOVE my truck. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience with the service center. I took my F-150 to my go-to mechanic twice and unfortunately couldn't get the problem solved. I scheduled an appointment online with this service center on Sunday, took my truck in on Monday, and just got done picking it up(Tuesday) and the problem was solved and fixed. Such a relief to have it done. There was a price misunderstanding on my end, but Kevin worked with me on it without hesitation. More than happy with my experience here.
I've only had top notch experiences when working with the dealership! I was so impressed with the service department (Christian Contreras) I decided to try my luck on the sales side. Brenden H and Elliot M continued the trend and ultimately sold me a car. I highly recommend these guys.
At first things were great, my 2013 Ford Escape broke down and I dreaded that car so I decided to trade it in. I was up front from the beginning about the situation, Leann in the sales department reassured me that they would take care of me. After test driving another car and falling in love with it, waited a week to be financed. Not, a problem I understand with banks but found out the car they were trying to sell me was not valued at the price I was purchasing for. After playing phone tag for a week I finally signed for my car, now a month later no one followed up with me as promised to let me know when the plates were in. I called a week ago to see if they were only to be told, “did you get a phone call stating that they were in?” I replied no and than was told well than they aren’t in. Today I call and asked if they were in and found out they are, wow and no phone telling me they are in. Not only that I purchased additional coating for my car after waiting a month I called to schedule an appointment after being told someone would reach out to me to schedule it an no one has, only to be transferred 4 time hung up on and then told it’s with the sales department. I would not recommend Larry H Miller ford Draper due to my experience
