They were awesome in every single way! I bought a Toyota Tacoma off the internet and had it shipped to Oregon. They walked me through every step, arranged transport (cheaper that I could get it), worked with the Toyota dealership to complete a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection, worked with me on the price to help offset the cost of shipping and a day and a half after I sent payment I was driving my new truck! I highly recommend them. Class act all the way around.

I was very impressed with Scott Parker and his help with a vehicle I purchased from Fairway Auto. He wen above and beyond in honoring their commitment to customer service in helping with a repair the he did not need to. That shows how committed that their company is in treating customers.

Been looking for a Toyota Tundra for awhile and when this one came on ksl, I knew it was the one! So grateful for Gavin, who was amazing to work with on the phone and in person. Great customer service, honest and no pressure! I know my Toyota will last a long time but next time we're in the market for a vehicle, we know where to go! Thanks again!

Our experience at Fairway was anything but perfect, but I still wanted to leave a review because it’s important for people to know the type of people behind the name... we were test driving a car when the airbag warning light came on. There were a few people calling about this car and we really wanted it. But it was a Saturday and they couldn’t fix it till Monday. We tried replacing the battery and it went off temporarily. So we wrote on the paperwork if the airbag light came on again over the next 30 days, they would fix it. To make a two week long story short, the light kept coming back on no matter what we tried. The final straw was the check engine warning light that suddenly came on along with the airbag light. Things looked like they were just getting worse. That’s when Fairway offered to buy the car back so they could take their time and seek out other experts that could assist in fixing the vehicle properly. I was overwhelmed and grateful for the gesture. My daughter was sad (it was her car). It took us another week of nightmare searching to finally find something that drove as well as that car. So while we never ended up buying our car from Fairway, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. Because of the challenges, I couldn’t in good conscience give a 5 star review. But I also couldn’t do anything less than a 4 star.

Had a fantastic experience buying my truck here. Brian went the extra mile and I would totally buy another vehicle with him in the future. I recommend working with him in your car needs, he's a good guy and I felt like he gave us a really good deal. About the dealership: I feel like this is a high quality dealer. I looked at the truck and it had brand new wheels and looked like it was superb condition. I then took it to get a inspection and the mechanic said it was the best vehicle for the miles he has ever inspected. I also found out it had new brake pads. So the dealership replaced issues on the truck before selling it. This says alot about the dealership because most will try and hide problems. They just spent the money to fix them before they were a problem. Great experience. Thanks Brian!
