Ryan and Dean were very pleasant and helpful with the rental process and explaining how to use the app and fob. The rental units are new and therefore very clean. Pricing is competitive with other nearby storage facilities.

I had a great experience working with Dean and Ryan. They were easy to work with and walked me through the entire process.nThe facility is spotless, and the keyless unit locks are very cool.

401 Storage is 5 stars ⭐ufe0fPLUS!! Everything from start to finish concerning the check in process was smooth and friendly. Dean is amazingly professional, helpful and is patient with all of your questions and concerns to be sure you are getting the best choice for your needs. Upon taking a copy of my ID, he even noticed it was my birthday!! Now THAT’S IMPRESSIVE in my book!! Lol ud83dude09 He continued to explain everything and helped tonset up the app for keyless access to be sure it was a success! This feature is very convenient, especially for someone like me who is always misplacing my keys! ud83dude0a Facility is extremely clean, organized, well lit and most of all I feel extremely safe here. Rates are untouchable for the quality you are receiving compared to other facilities. I can attest to all of this for I have used a few storage facilities and while some may have been adequate, I can now say 401 Storage is my new “home”.n**Don’t hesitate, walk in or call, ask for Dean and start the process.
