I just sold my motorhome on consignment with Recreation RV. We purchased our 2015 Thor Four Winds Class C motorhome from Recreation RV. They were very receptive to the things I asked to be addressed prior to purchasing the motorhome. The technicians and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The generator was having issues and they replaced the entire generator-at no additional charge. We received outstanding customer service, the owner (Nate) was very responsive to all texts. I appreciate all the hard work and commitment from you and your staff for providing excellent RV-Thank you Recreation RV.

Do not use this repair shop if you have a warranty. Unimpressed with their communication and their policies. This is the only repair shop I’ve known that charges the customer their deductible on a warranty and then also charges the customer the difference in the cost they bill to the warranty vs the cost the warranty says the job is worth. After dropping my rv off and getting a quote of how much more than my deductible I would have to pay here for a minor repair, I wanted to take it somewhere else. But they have a $300 (2hr) minimum diagnostic charge that I would have to pay to pick it up and have them do no work other than give me a quote of more than twice my deductible. It didn’t take me 2 hours to diagnose the broken toilet as broken before I dropped it off to have the broken toilet replaced.
