I like the idea of taking my Tundra to a dealership for its oil changes. They do a great job and are well organized. Waiting room is clean and everyone is super nice. However, if you schedule and appointment for a simple oil change expect at least two hours. I’m not sure what takes so long especially since you’re scheduled and not just a walk in. Anyways, great service but make sure you have a plan to keep you busy for a long time.

Erik was nice and professional. We really enjoyed our business relationship with him. He went out of his way to keep us informed and happy. There was a false advertisement for the Honda Pilot 2018. It was advertised a second screen for the passengers to view video but wasn't there. We have to negotiate tirelessly with the management to get this and that fixed on the vehicle. The extended warranty officer was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained well about what we would be getting if we had bought the warranty which we did.

If you are looking for more than your typical car sales experience, look no further than Karl Malone Toyota. Sales associate Aaron Clark was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. He made sure that I got the car I wanted even with very limited availability. Clark called me weekly with updates and when my car finally arrived, he made the sales process easy and fair. Clark has been my “go-to good news guy” in 2020 and he was really there for me throughout the whole process. If you’re shopping Karl Malone Toyota, do yourself a favor and request Clark.

They are super friendly & welcoming. I loved the great energy that all the employees bring. TI the financial director, not only went out of his way, but he truly cares about not just helping you, but also meeting your families need! As a single mother he understood my needs & made sure that I got into a car that I could afford & was the right fit for my family! He worked fast & was such a pleasure. I recommend anyone that is looking for a car to stop by. I have finally found my to go place. I will never go anywhere Else. Thanks guys 😊

Love the Mailman, but Karl Malone Toyota did not deliver at all! I am not one to typically be bugged and leave a poor review, but wanted to share my poor experience this month. I was In the market for a new/used truck this month and had Interest in a vehicle there. Drove it, liked it and after confirming the truck price with the sales team (because they had listed it twice with different prices and I wanted to make sure we were all on the same page) agreed to take the truck home in an extended test drive to show my wife and confirm if we wanted to buy. Upon my return to start the buying process, I was told the price of the truck was actually higher than the price I had previously done my due diligence to confirm. Showing them it was still online for the price i wanted and after going back and forth I got up to leave a bit disappointed, but was told they would run a some additional numbers and get back to me. The next day no response...so I reached out to the sales guy and still no response. Couple days later I received an email from the Internet Sales Manager following up on my experience. So i let him know my frustration, that I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone and still interested in the truck...Crickets! Even a quick reply of we’re sorry we couldn’t make it work or some ownership that we screwed up with our ads would have at least been nice, but no communication at all is pretty poor in my book. Don’t get me wrong, everyone I dealt with was cordial and polite, (hence the 2 stars) but there was no earning my business after that. So I went elsewhere and purchase a 2019 Ram from a dealer in American Fork with the name Doug and absolutely had the best car buying experience ever!
