Poor customer service the white guy who with gray hair ver rude and disrespectful.there is a reason he can only get a job here will never spend money here again
Don’t waste your time or money going to this mechanic all he is any good for is changing oil or repairing a flat tire. Went there with a noise from engine he changed every pulley and bearing around the fan belt, noise was still there wanted to charge me $380. Also wanted a rear shock changed he told me he couldn’t do it as I needed to go to dealer - seriously. Shame to have this kind of service in this day and age.
The most DISHONEST place to ever deal with! If there was a way to give this place a NEGATIVE star, I WOULD! They charged my daughter $180 for a battery. And part of that, they charged her to install it!!! So, she buys the battery, then they charge her for it!!! UNREAL! If you Google it, MOST HONEST places say, no charge if buying at their location. NOT SHELL! Lets add an extra charge on top of the overpriced charged we are screwing them with! NEVER EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THE MOST OVERCHARGED and DISHONEST PLACE EVER!
There are two different fuel pricing. Full service vs self service. The full service is 30 cents higher than self service and it is not easily noticeable to see which fuel pump has which service coming from Connecticut. All I can say is that pumps that are closer to the building are self service. The price seemed reasonable and using fuel rewards saves you few pennies per gallon
Tony is a great guy and does an amazing job. Honest, hardworking and reasonably priced!
