The most disgusting bank manager I have ever encountered! She's an absolute slob! Absolutely no customer service skills. She says she's been with the bank for 40 years! Lazy and obnoxious!
No money in the atm. No one from customer service can tell me which atms in the area have money in them. I drive to the next closest atm-- no receipt paper. Customer service tells me there’s nothing they can do until Monday at 8am, they’re the wrong customer service I have to talk to member services. If I can’t access my money I at least want access to a human being that can help. Navigant will give you neither.nnIf you're looking for a bank that can't get their sh*t together and by the way their atms operate are running out of money Navigant is your place :)
