Great to work with. They gave me more than I expected for my old car and were very helpful in finding a new one. I felt like they were honest, and knowledgable. None of the cars they sell have branded titles. They even had me come back in because they found a scratch on the bumper that they wanted to fix. Highly recommend.

This was the best car experience I've ever had! No hassles about the price it was very fair. No judgement by the appraisal inspector. Every staff member was very efficient and kind. I will definitely give CarMax my business if I buy or sell another car! Thank you CarMax for restoring my faith in car buying!

Going through CarMax was by far the best experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. We found a car we liked on the site, had it transferred to a local store, test drove and purchased the vehicle without any hassle or problems. I felt they were very transparent about everything start to finish. The vehicle inventory was great, the process was easy, and I also liked the car care package options. We would definitely buy through CarMax for any future purchases.

This is the second car that I have purchased from CarMax and the first time I have sold a car to them. It was seamless from start to finish. I was surprised by how much they offered me for my old car. I have had a very minor issue to fix. (tow hitch cover won't attach) and they are making sure I get it fixed to my satisfaction. I LOVE the no haggling, easy financing, and great customer service. Good job CarMax. Very satisfied customer.

I went in there needing a bigger car by the end of the day. This was my second time using CarMax because of the great customer service I received the first time. Randy was my guy and he was fantastic. He basically read my mind and found the perfect car for me in the lot right off the bat. We looked at a few to make sure we picked the right one and we did. I had three kids all under five with me ( insane right!) and Randy couldn't have been more patient and understanding. We finished the trade in and paper work with record speed. I couldn't be happier with the car the price and the great customer service from everyone there. Thank you so much, and I'll see you next time I need a car. Eric H
