Cody on the sales side educated me in/on every aspect of the 2021 truck I purchased. Fantastic Lease programs. Fantastic incentive programs. Our salesman, Tanner was so informative and helpful, he knows absolutely everything about my new Chevy. He answered about a thousand of my questions! Ben in finance was very helpful also. Ben made the whole process was painless! I would recommend Riverton to anyone!

It was mostly good except the seat that was supposed to be fixed was not even put back together. We had a family trip planned for the weekend and back of the driver's seat flopped around the whole time. Also, the windshield was supposed to be replaced but the person couldn't make it there. It was rescheduled for this morning at our home, 8/10/2020 at 10am. It's currently 12:26pm and we still have not seen anyone.

My buying experience was unique. Most completed remotely, and was only supposed to go to dealer for verifying vehicle and signing. When we got there, they didn’t have the vehicle we expected. They showed us three more and my wife picked one that was at a different lot. So we left while they got the vehicle and papers ready. They called us 30 minutes later, with an apology, saying they couldn’t get that vehicle. At that point the sales manager (I believe) gave us a different offer. That offer was generous, considering our problems we had. We accepted, and that was the fastest signing I’ve EVER done for a vehicle. Three stars is for the experience. And I would give a smidge below Five Stars for my interaction with the Sales Rep and his Manager.
