5 Star review for Jeffrey Rodriquez, 2 Star review for finance / management: I hate everything about purchasing a car, especially dealing with unnecessary fees. My college age son needed a car so we headed to Tim Dahle Nissan as they had many in our price range. Jeffrey made the car buying experience as pleasant as it could be and our experience with him was 5+ stars!! He provided input / information on the various models available and when we ultimately found the car we wanted, he helped us get the best deal by disclosing that we could decline the GAP insurance (which I already knew) and the $120 maintenance package that is included with all vehicles purchased (we live an hour from the dealership so we would never drive that far for an oil change). If you want a great car buying experience, work with Jeffrey. Unfortunately, after we were sent to financing, our car buying experience turned from 5 star to 2 star at best. When I brought up removing the maintenance package to the finance officer, he got visibly upset and told us that the owners required the package on all purchases. When we told him how stupid the fee was and that we would never use the service, he finally relented and discounted the cost of the vehicle to cover the fee, but the process was very cold from that point on. Takeaways - Jeffrey really understands customer service and was a pleasure to work with. The finance officer we worked with needs to work on his people skills. Tim Dahle Nissan needs to re-evaluate their "required" maintenance package. I'm sure they make a ton of money on the customers that don't even notice it is included or never return to actually get the service but customers like me really hate fighting fees like this. For future customers, be sure and add $1000 to the "advertised" web price because of the "inspection" that is added in order to cover the cost of the "forever warranty". Also, to the Tim Dahle manager/owner that was cussing out the sales team for customers waiting too long on hold, you might want to close the door next time.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have always had a positive experience at this dealership but Travis Leonard went above and beyond. Ask for Travis! He didn't just do a standard check, he looked in depth at my car's history and he even helped me figure out how to SAVE money. He could have easily tried to up-sell me on things I didn't need, but he did the opposite. He was kind, sincere, and it was a no-pressure situation. For me, it can be hard to feel comfortable at a dealership when I don't understand a great deal about how cars work - but not here - I trust Travis and I trust Tim Dahle Nissan in South Jordan. Travis's boss Andy Borders even gave me a personal call to ensure I was happy with my experience. Who does that?! I would happily recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Ask for Alex if you want a great car shopping and customer service experience! I was on the hunt for a gently used Dodge Ram this weekend and after multiple tiring encounters, my wife suggested we at least see what they had on the lot at Tim Dahle Nissan. That is when we met up with Alex on the lot. I explained what we were looking for and our price range. without hesitation he directed us towards a few of the Dodge Rams he had on the lot. All were in good condition, interior and exterior, which says a lot of about a dealership, as I had been shown some real dumpsters that day and told that is what my price range was going to get me, and had to listen to them try and sell me on it... At any rate Alex was patient with us loading and unload the car seat for a few test drives and was also very sweet to our just over 1-year old daughter. It honestly felt like I was taking a test drive with a friend more so than a salesman, and after the morning we had it was very much appreciated. When it came down to brass tax, although I did spend a little more than I wanted to I still feel like I got the best deal out there and closer to the truck I was after. Even after I signed the papers, he was still there to answer questions and kept things very personal. Thanks again for the great experience Alex and thank you for your service! I look forward to seeing you when I’m in for services in the future. Like I said, if you want a great customer service and buying experience, go to Tim Dahle Nissan and ask for Alex!

I wasn't planning to buy a car anytime soon. But my current car has different ideas. So I was able to take advantage of a car listed will under NADA with very low miles. Phil Green was easy to work with. What I found odd was the dealer has a policy of not fueling used cars after they are bought. Only for new. It isn't much money but more of the principle.

Test drove a Sentra. The gas light was flashing when we left the lot. Asked the salesman if we needed gas. He said no, we should be fine. Ran out of gas in the middle of an intersection three blocks down the road. Had to wait 30 minutes to get a tech there with gas. After driving a few cars, sat down to discuss final pricing. This car was for my daughter to go to college, and I was paying cash. I was told if I wanted to pay cash , the price would be $2500 extra on any car I looked at. The manager would not budge or work with me at all. He proceeded to tell me he leased his daughter a brand new car when she went to college. I could have cared less. Wish I remembered manager’s name, but this heavyset, arrogant, privileged, never picked up a tool or been dirty a day in his life weenie is not interested in working with hard working people who aren’t interested in financing extra non-needed costs.
