Our daughter had a medical procedure done when she was a toddler. This necessary procedure left her with 1/4 of an eyebrow and a scar. At 15, she was self-conscious of her eyebrow. Not knowing where to turn, we visited many websites and performed lots of research. We finally decided to meet with Dr. Robert Leonard in Cranston, Rhode Island. From our initial phone call to his office our experience was wonderful! We met with Dr. Leonard, and he was extremely informative. His knowledge and bedside manner was exactly what we were looking for. We scheduled the in-office procedure. I can honestly say, this was the best experience with a doctor that I have ever had. The office staff was friendly and inviting, the office itself was extremely clean and Dr. Leonard was an absolute joy. From our first phone call through the follow-up visit nothing but perfection! Today our little girl has a new eyebrow and a new outlook, all thanks to this wonderful man and his awesome staff. Thank you Dr. Leonard, we are forever grateful to you!!!
