My first experience a year ago was a disaster, but I figured I would give them another shot and I am so glad I did ! Connor was my hair stylist and he was amazing! Not only did he listen to exactly what I wanted, but he was so precise. He triple checked every angle and made sure I walked out happy. He was great company as well, which I personally think is one of the most important things. I 10000% recommend you book an appointment with him !
Very professional, clean, and they keep all the rules for covid 19
Well, first of all, they are following all of the covid-19 guidelines. The place was very clean. When I entered the salon I was greeted by Connor. He was extremely nice and polite. There was a problem with my appointment because the girl was not able to show up. I waited patiently because he was so nice. And then Helen came in and was able to give me my perm. She was very nice and very professional. They really do care about their clientele.
Samantha was amazing !! She took my hair and made me feel like a totally different person !!!! I love it !!!!
I would give this a negative five stars. My significant other went in for a regular make haircut and the woman hastily cut his hair. Upon asking if he liked it, he tried to be polite and say 'this wasn't what I was expecting' and the woman got an attitude with him saying repeatedly that she asked him how short. This woman allowed him to walk out with thee most uneven haircut I've ever seen, plus he was completely covered in hair trimmings. He still paid, and I would've refused to pay. Terrible service!!! Terrible!!!
