Its been 2.5 months I joined Oceanstate CrossFit. I look forward to every 5am class. This crossfit is unique in many different ways. I have never done CrossFit in my life. And most of the CrossFits want you to sign up 3 months course in order to attend the classes. So, I never joined any. Only OSCF allowed a beginner like me to be part of the pro athletes in the class. Every coach is so motivating and encouraging. They are so fit and strong. The amount of confidence they have on you is beyond your expectations. The best part is nobody tries to sell you anything like “oh you are beginner, you should get coaching” etc. Until last week I had no idea they offered coaching. They dont give up on you in the classes even when you want to give up and stare others out of fear. They push you to make you realize how much stronger you are than you think. I thought I was very fit and strong until I joined OSCF. This is the fittest crowd I needed all these years to look up and do better everyday. Am so glad I found OSCF and beyond excited to experience what’s ahead. I highly highly recommend OSCF.

Been on and off at the gym and a friend recommended I try crossfit.nnWow... Much more challenging than I thought. You will sweat like you've never sweat in your life. You will stink like you never have in your life and you'll leave feeling defeated and drained more than you ever have in your life. The classes are different which keeps it fun, my body is always sore and the staff makes you feel comfortable and work with you throughout all the movements. Absolutely fantastic gym. Can't wait for my body to heal so I can run back in there. Amazing crew! Great job guys!

I stopped in for a boot camp and a Olly Class here I have to say I was super impressed with everyone here! If you like to sweat then check this place out!
