There are many great yoga studios in Rhode Island and a lot of great teachers to choose from. I’ve been to many of them, and this one is definitely at the top of the list.nIt’s a lot more than a yoga studio.nAtmosphere here is truly amazing throughout the building, it’s unique, and welcoming.nWhether you prefer a particular type of yoga or if you’re interested in exploring different styles they feature many highly skilled teachers, and have multiple rooms.nUrban sweat is a great place to relax, definitely a pleasant surprise the first time I’ve visited it.nThey also make a variety of healthy, and delicious foods.nI haven’t had a massage there, but they offer it as well.

This place is amazing. However, they're more about money than they are about yoga. If you're going to purchase a package, I highly recommend you look at other studios.nYou're response does not accurately reflect this situation or our correspondence.

Raffa yoga has EXTREMELY poor management. As others have noted in their reviews, this company’s main priority is money, not the care, satisfaction, or respect of their clients. I had a medical issue that prevented me from being able to practice yoga, which resulted in me being unable to use many of the class cards that I had purchased. I was told that I could pay $20 to reactivate the classes that expired. Not once was there any mention of a time frame that I needed to reactivate them by. Recently, when I tried to reactivate the classes I was told that I wasn’t able to because they were from too long ago. Had I been informed from the beginning that there was a time limit to reactivate classes, I would have made sure that I reactivated them during that time frame or transferred the classes to another person. I have paid over $150 in classes that I will now not be able to use. Money that Raffa is pocketing for free. They way Raffa conducts their busines is deceitful and self-centered. It is very disheartening that these are the standards this company runs by. They talk a good talk about love and kindness during class, yet Raffa management does not hold those values at the forefront of their business.

During my last two visits, the owner was not wearing a mask or respecting social distancing. The Infrared Sauna is old and does not retain heat. It took 45 minutes for the sauna to reach the ideal temperature stated on the door, which only gave me 15 minutes at the correct temperature. When I said something to the owner, she offered to add 10 minutes to my next session...what about the other 35 minutes? ud83eudd14 The last time I went, the temperature dropped below 100 degrees while I was in the sauna. I said something again, but the owner had no idea how to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go to Sundance Massage & Wellness instead!

I can not recommend Raffa Yoga enough!! I first walked into Raffa in December 2018 to get a gift cert to Urban Sweat for my dad (I had heard of this unique service from another happy customer). As soon as I walked in the door I knew I was home. I immediately signed up for a 2 week trial membership and I never looked back. The staff is incredible, the ambiance is without compare. During quarantine, Raffa was hands down what I missed more than anything else. Following lockdown I have been to several classes in person and I ASSURE you that everything is impeccably cleaned (as it always was) and it is as safe as possible, with all cdc recommendations being followed. During these dark times, I turn to the Raffa community to feed my body, mind, and soul. ud83dudc95
