Very clean, plenty of room, equipment and rooms to work out, awesome pool, friendly, helpful, and professional people and staff.
Be careful with this business . I signed up at my local Healthtrax for a pay ahead full year membership, only for them to quickly shut down and refuse to refund the money. This happen to myself as well as many senior citizen who paid ahead for classes and personal trainer fees. My advice is to think before committing to anything long term with them. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you!
The gym is great. All the equipment you would want , supervised by a friendly and very professional Staff. I think I would say the emphasis has been on wellness for me. The fitness is a secondary benefit but I’m sure other folks might see it differently . I recommend the facility highly no matter your age or ability.
It's an excellent place for both individuals and families to work out. I know because I have been going for over seven years.
