General RV Center

We recently purchased a 2020 Grand Design Momentum Toy Hauler from General RV and had an excellent experience. We found the RV on their website. We immediately liked the design, features and floorplan...we decided then, that this was the trailer we want. The only unfortunate thing was that the trailer was located in Michigan, and we are in California. We decided to call to see how the logistics of such a long distance purchase could be handled. To our great benefit, their sales associate Riley O'Brien answered our call. Riley went above and beyond any expectations we had. He walked us through the process entirely, providing answers to all of our question, detailed photos of the RV and even videos showing function and dimensions of whatever we requested. It was unnerving for us to purchase something as significant as this from just a website, but with Riley's help, all of these concerns were put to rest. In the end arrangements were made to transport the trailer from Michigan to the General RV location in Utah. We arrived at the scheduled time and met Riley in person there. In no time, we had all the papers signed, were set up with a couple additional accessories (back-up camera, RV starter pack, and other odds and ends we found in their showroom), did an informative walk through, and we were on our way. All in all, an excellent experience that exceeded our expectation...easy...painless...and complete. We would absolutely recommend General RV to friends and family.

Needing to lower the rating due to last salesman ditching us without even giving his name

We were very satisfied with our experience with general RV. We joined a bunch of Facebook groups where we could gauge others experiences, and prices people are paying. General RV was very competitive in pricing and we knew we weren’t getting ripped off. Quinton was very responsive to my many texts asking questions regarding the travel trailer. We wanted a specific model and during the Corona customers all over are waiting months after they place their orders before receiving and General RV was able to get it in very quickly and at a very fair price. Very satisfied so far.

Bryan Wilson in Service was absolutely the BEST! He not only helped us to determine how best to upgrade our electronics and inverter/solar panel/lithium battery set-up in our new RV, he also ensured that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I can not say enough good things about his intelligence, knowledge and professionalism!!!

We recently purchased a 2021 Thor Motor Coach Quantum SE 28, it’s an awesome RV and we absolutely love it. Everyone who sees it can’t believe how nice it is and all the room inside, then we open the slide out then it really blows their minds to see how much room and comfort there is. Several people asked where did we get it from, I’m sure they’re considering one for themselves. I highly recommend General RV.
