Rude, teaches same basic tricks over and over again. I recall asking her a question and waiting for help while she blatantly ignored me, a paying customer, so I walked out and began paying $130 for a monthly member pass at a different pole studio. This was around the time when she had that cold dump on admiral st.nnThere are MUCH better studios in the area (RI Pole in Lincoln is LIGHT YEARS better) and the instructors haven’t slept with married men nor have they gotten entire clubs shutdown for pr0st!tut!0n. Guess moving to SC with another man who wasn’t her husband didn’t work for the downtrodden.nnshe clearly doesn’t respect marriage vows and loves telling her class her business because why else would I know this? Lol unprofessional
Melissa is an amazing teacher for all levels! She is very clear with her instruction and makes you feel very comfortable.
This is a great studio with an awesome instructor. She is very energetic but also patient. I would highly recommend

An incredible studio with an amazing owner and instructors. Very thorough, thoughtful classes that really allow you to feel like you are in a supported environment! I'm so incredibly happy I re-discovered this studio after the new owner Melissa took it over. I'm THRILLED to go every single week! Plus yoga is coming...pole and yoga under one roof! Highly recommend!
