Clothes is pretty nice, a lot of cute outfits but costumer service is bad, the one that it look it was on charge has bad attitude and don’t not how to treat costumers. Should learn some costumer service skills and good manners. And make a sample because the others girls are learning from her too !!!
Unlike the other review which is completely opposite of mine I had a great and pleasant experience. I was in Monday night the staff was very friendly, very helpful and efficient on meeting my needs!
Horrible customer service, I was not greeted. I asked for a fitting room and I was denied since it was 8:55. Her excuse was that they can’t let anyone in after 9. I work retail and I know the policies specially for this company since I had work for them as a ASM. I get that it was close to closing time but I expected more at least a friendly staff.
Clothes are cute, store is always clean. The girls who work there have an attitude, that’s the only negative part of my experience at the store
