I had a great experience at Donnelly's ordering uniforms. I have been in the store in the past but just as easy to order online and have shipped. I just ordered again during winter break and my order was here within 5 days!nVery prompt and they get back to you through email or phone with any questions. Nice company to order from.
The Customer Service and Online Call Center were very helpful in resolving an issue with pants that came and were completely the wrong size even after having my son measured at the store. Peter was very helpful and willing to get to the bottom of the problem. He went so far as to drop pants off at my son's school to try on so we did not have to make another hour and fifteen minute drive to the store. It just happens that my son is at the in between size of youth and adult so the sizing is particularly tricky. In the end we found the size that works and he now has comfortable pants to wear.
Way to expensive. They can never accommodate you. It's just way to expensive I think if they had more sales more people probably would go. I find them very expensive especially for a single parent that lives pay check to pay check while raising 5 growing kids
Poor measuring! They measured my son at a 28” waist he’s 9! Had to switch uniforms twice. Then ordered spirit wear and compared clothing to his uniform shirt was fine but sweatshirt was 2 sizes too small. Poor custom service!
The Customer Service online & call center are super helpful! I was able to change my order and add other items too very easily. I appreciate that we can order on line and not have to go to the store during this time!
