I love these stores and John's Army was a great stop. The gentleman working the counter was polite and cordial, items were abundant, and prices were on par. Would go back when I need a specialty item
Fair with his prices, large selection, and good quality items.
The store has a wide variety of uniforms, accessories and patches. As someone who is collecting patches, he was very kind about them and even gave some for no charge. An amazing experience.
Attempted to sell some old ACU’s and other gear after being told to bring them in by owner. John (owner), displays no respect towards anyone and has poor customer service skills. He wanted to pay me a couple of bucks for all my hard earned gear. This guy is a blue falcon who instead of helping veterans, he just tries to rip them off. I would have given him zero starts but you have to give him at least one just to be able to write a review.
Custom made belt in 5 minutes while i waited. Super friendly and he has almost everything there!
