Bill was extremely professional and detail oriented. My car was covered in smoke and yellow residue from a previous owner and Bill explained realistically what he could do and not do beforehand, went over costs (he even ended up charging me LESS than he originally quoted), and never tried to upsell me or push anything I didn't need.nnI brought my car in a day early by accident (100% my fault) and he very graciously went through and cleaned it out anyway. When I came by to pick up the car he went through the work he did and even helped me fix an additional issue before I left.nnI'd highly recommend Paiva's to everyone!

My kids had really taken a toll on my car. When I picked up my car it was like new again. I am so happy with it and seriously impressed with how much nicer my car looks and feels. Headlights were no longer foggy, stains off of everything (even the nailpolish my youngest daughter got on window) leather looked great. Fantastic!

I bought this car brand new in June of 2020. I like to get my vehicles detailed before the winter and towards the end of spring. I read the reviews of this place so I thought I'd check it out. I picked my car up today and the red really pops, better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. All around the vehicle look great. There almost was a chance where I may have had to to drop it off after hours and the owner, Bill was able to accommodate that if I had needed it. I absolutely recommend him and will use him again for the rest of my detail work.
