We found a car that we really like, the pilot. We were excited to get the car I thought we had everything in place to be able to purchase the car. We have sold our other car but the deal fell through. When we came to talk to Steve and Dom we did not think that we were going to be able to purchase the pilot. They and all the others that dealt with us we're so good and so accommodating and helpful. We finally we're able to make it so we could purchase the pilot. I cannot express my sincerest thanks and gratitude to all who helped make it a reality that we were able to purchase the pilot. I was very impressed with everything they did to make this possible. I can truly say I'll do everything I can to send others over to Stockton 12 because of the service that was rendered to us. I can also say that we will be back to purchase future cars from Stockton 12. Thanks to Stockton 12 our Dream became a reality!!!!!

Very impressed with the level of service at Stockton 12. I had the pleasure to work with Robert from the service department. He ensure I was informed of everything being done to my vehicle. My service required leaving the car with them for a few days. Even after the work was completed and I got my car back, Robert's commitment to "customer success" shined by the follow up to ensure all questions were answered.

UPDATE: 9-21-2020 I originally posted this with 1 star because of the experience listed below. However, I reached out to John and he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to refund all the fees and made sure my parents were satisfied with their purchase. Thank you, John for all your help!! If you are planning on purchasing from Stockton 12 Honda, be sure to read the fine print! My parents just purchased a new Honda CRV. Before leaving the dealership, my parents requested a printed copy of the payment breakdown. They were told they would have to access it on a flash drive they were given to take home. After returning home and reviewing the document, on page 13/16 they found over $1000 of optional fees that had been added on. They were never verbally made aware of these fees. I would imagine most car buyers do not read every word of the fine print. A couple days after purchasing the vehicle, my parents asked to take off these “optional fees.” They were told they could not remove all the fees and only a portion was refunded. Also, they were charged an additional $100 to change the contract (which, of course was in fine print and not verbally acknowledged.) This dealership is definitely underhanded in sneaking in fees.

We love Larry H Miller Honda in Sandy! A great place to buy a vehicle. Rianna Williams is the best sales person. She's friendly, helpful and not pushy. She is new to the Honda family, but is willing to help with all of you car buying needs. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she finds someone who does. We will be back for all of our car purchases!
