Janelle, Janet and Barry are friendly and pleasant. Janet and Janelle are knowledgeable and helpful. The interaction I had with Barry was nice and amusing. It was definitely a pleasant experience. No high pressure sales tactics. No attitude when I told Janet I'm not quite ready yet just looking around to see my options and get information. I won't be at all surprised if I end up buying a car from them.
They make it very easy and painless to sell a car. I received a fair price for my truck and the staff was great to work with. Would certainly recommend CarMax. Their procedures for social distancing and reducing contact during the transaction are among the best I've seen.

The experience here was really good! The people were great and very helpful. My son walked away with an amazingly new car with low mileage.
I just bought a car there, because someone totaled my old car and I needed one fast. Did my research online and found a car I liked. Did a test drive and my associate was very professional and courteous. Bought the car over the phone and picked it up a few days later. Car max took care of all the paperwork and it was a seamless experience from the test drive to the purchase. Would definitely shop there again when I'm in the market for another car.
