I came to fix or replace my tire. I end up replacing 3 tires which what they recommended. That’s fine but what end up happening in the process is that they had to reset my car to factory setting because they couldn’t open my glove box!! Why they needed to open the glove box and why nobody called me first or texted me ? Second my car was not cleaned or vacuumed!! Working with Tesla in previous occasions and many other dealerships, it is a common courtesy to clean the car!! Finally the following day the screen started acting and have lines and now I have to schedule another appointment to get them look into it !!! I am deeply disappointed

Called the parts department to get a CR2354 battery for my Tesla Model X, the friendly guy on the phone told me to come by and pick it up.nnI arrived there and was told that they couldn’t help me with no reasoning. Just that I would have to bring in the vehicle for service to get one. Do I need a mechanic to put a battery in a key? That’s ridiculous.nnNothing more exciting & refreshing than receiving awful customer service after buying a 100k+ vehicle. Taco Bell treats me better.

All the guys here are excellent. Everyone wears their masks, and keeps distance as well. Service is prompt and organized. They fixed my issue right away. I highly recommend this location!

Tesla in Dedham was my go to for servicing but I always had a bad experience there. I finally came across this location and all I can say is wow. Customer service exceeds expectations here. I live next to Dedham and I make the commute to Rhode Island simply because it’s a 1st class experience.
