Pros -> Just purchased a 2021 F150 and was very happy with the experience. When I arrived the wait time was minimal and I was able to test drive the truck solo which was nice so I could take my time on the highway and back roads. The negotiations were quick and I was able to get a good deal. One thing I will note that I didn't realize at first was that Ford builds the car excise tax (personal property tax) into the lease so keep this in mind when they give you the lease payments since GM does not do this. My particular truck was 70 per month in property tax which makes the lease payment look large, but in reality it's because of the car excise tax. The dealership itself is very clean, the staff is nice and respectful and everyone wore their masks properly which was excellent. Their inventory is quite expansive, although the f150 inventory currently was only around 50 trucks, but I know there's a national vehicle shortage so even to see 50 trucks on the lot was great to be able to choose from. The entire process was mostly seamless, with minimal effort from myself.nUPDATE** The salesman even called 2 days later to check in on how I'm liking the truck and if I needed any assistance with any of the features or had any other questions at all. Excellent customer service!nCons -> Only con I can think of is how long I was there for. I arrived at 130pm and left around 7pm. I know the paperwork takes a while and I was able to drive the truck off the lot with temp RI plates so probably not fair to call this a con on Tasca, but it's the longest I've ever been at a dealer before and I've leased and purchased over 13 or 14 vehicles between my wife and I.nSummary -> It was well worth the wait and I definitely will return to Tasca for another vehicle whether Ford or another brand. If I could give this dealership a zero star review I would their communication skills are poor their customer service skills are poor I purchase a truck from them on March 6 here it is April 6 no registration for my truck the paper plate they gave me is expired on March 26 they are doing nothing to rectify the situation I now has been out of work for a week because I don’t have a vehicle to drive because the registration is expired they want me to pay for a rental until the registration for my truck gets in. They are a sad excuse for a car dealership. And instead of going above and beyond for a customer now they want to undo the deal OK give me my money back then.

The parts and service team here is nothing short of stupendous. Kind, professional, and courteous. From Eric at the service desk to the service manager Ed, from Josh in parts to the parts manager Paul. I have been coming here since 2016 when I purchased my F-350 to now with my F-150, I will never go anywhere else. The Tasca parts and service team has a customer for life. Hats off ladies and gentlemen.
