I know everyone at Balise is great, very cordial and cooperating. Anyone that works there makes you feel at home. The customer service is super and all staff possess the qualitynBut I want to comment about Farouq who made my two purchases possible. He simply is superb, down to earth and understanding. He goes to the last mile to help you without compromising his duties. I even volunteered to bring potential customers because of him. He is a great treasure to have.nBalise Toyota should be proud about its employees role regardless. Everyone is Balise and Balise is everyone.nMany thanks for everyone.

We have been customer at Balise for 3 years. Keith has been our guy as far as sales however, the entire sales team was amazing during our sale. The maintenance on our car has been easy to take care of all thanks to the service team. They get us in and out with no problems. We are set to return in April when our lease is up and we are for sure going back to Balise! Thanks Keith and the entire Balise family for always going above and beyond for our family car needs!

Everything went smoothly and Keith was very courteous, and understood my situation.nKudos to Keith.nThe only recommendation that I would suggest regarding expediting the customers time.nToo many associates to see.nShould have been on my way within an hour and 1/4 instead it was 3and 1/2 hours (though not from Keith's efforts, but when you are paying cash there should be no hold-up.

I had an amazing experience at the balise Toyota of Warwick. The staff was incredible, friendly and attentive. The sales manager Savon went above and beyond for me. I have never had this good of an experience looking for a new car and have never had anyone treat me as well as he did. I felt absolutely taken care of And beyond my expectations. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships in the past and have never felt as comfortable as I did at Balise. The entire staff from sales, mechanics, management, financing were all incredible people. So friendly knowledgable and comfortable to talk to. I can’t say enough about my experience I highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a car. They will find exactly what your looking for and will work with you to get it. Amazing group of employees!!!!
