Great from the start test drove two cars both were clean and exactly as described on the website. Rami was honest and very helpful. Helped to get me financed and fixed everything I asked him to. Transmission line let go a week or so later he fixed it immediately and didn't charge me for labor or parts even though my warranty was 50/50 would recommend prime car usa to everyone made me feel like we were friends for years will definitely be going through him for my next car as well

They all helped me find a vehicle for my parents. It's the best vehicle they have ever driven. The staff is awesome and the whole facility was very clean. The all went above and beyond. I defenatly will be a repeat customer.
This place is great but apparently he doesn’t tell us what time they open and also doesn’t tell us what’s the price of the car. He keep saying that we will wait 2-3 days to get the car but it’s been 1 week almost 2 weeks we haven’t gotten the car and it’s all paid off so I don’t recommend this dealership at all.
