This is the first time I am writing a google review to share my own experience as this business deserves 5 stars. I made my first auto purchase with Sandy Lane about 2 months ago, on a low budget for an Audi A4. I entrusted Jacob who helped me throughout with the paperwork and kindly answered all of my questions as well as repairing minor details on the car for no extra charge. Purchasing a car is not an easy process, it is not simply just buying what you see, but rather who you are dealing with. I can reassure you Jacob who has been in the industry for many years provided me with a bespoke option and great after-sales assistance. Purchased my 1st vehicle from Sandy Auto and I am very pleased . The staff is very easy to deal with and professional, you won't find pushy salesmen at this dealership at all. I will definitely buy again from them when I upgrade. I also like how seriously they are taking COVID-19 and how they work hard on maintaining your safety. Sanitizing stations where available, the cars where cleaned before checking them out and social distancing was taken seriously. I highly recommend!

Many years after purchasing a truck from these people, we still have no.clear bill of sale and no title. The check engine light has been on forever, and this place is a shady afternoon waiting to happen. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FORNUS AND WHAT WE HAVE PURCHASED. Jacob should be ashamed of himself for lying so much and so big.
