The staff who work there are great, I've never had a bad barista here!nMy problem is the management ( or lack of it )nThe line is a half hour wait at the weirdest of times. They sell out of the good sandwiches and egg bites everyday and never fix that problem. I got the wrong drink twice at the drive thru, so i started ordering through the app and just walking in to grab my order, it pretty much solved those issues.nThe one big problem I have, is that they will turn off online ordering or close for days without posting it on google. It makes no sense and its pretty annoying :(nI pay that premium price for the service and quality, but it breaks my heart that they just don't want to step up to that
I always love going in here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This starbucks is a 5 star except for today, I was so ud83eudd22 grossed out. The cashier (4:19 pm 1/17) felt she had to touch each inner lining of each cup she grabbed. ud83eudd14 glad she wore a mask at least. ud83dude06 & yes we canclled the order, we will come back when she isnt there.
The new manager, Sara, is absolutely amazing! She is truly turning this place around from how it used to be. This location will be one of the best starbucks in the whole Lehigh Valley under her management! Go Sara!!!
