Amazing experience buying a car here. Sofia helped me find the car for me, she was helpful and patient, giving me input and advice when needed, but not being too pushy and letting me decide what was best based on my needs. After I picked out what I wanted Kellen helped me with the paperwork and finances. He was extremely thorough and transparent, making sure I understood everything, the pros and cons of my options, and how it would affect the price before moving on or making any decisions. I felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend ken Garff Southtowne Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car
The main sales main that we interacted with was very helpful, and financing was simple. Financing was explained well by the person we spoke with, and he helped us understand each package for extended warranties. Overall a simple experience, and they took the time overnight to detail the car and bring it to me the next day for my car I traded in.
I always love coming here to service my vehicle! Fast, friendly. attentive and thorough service everytime! They even provide you with pictures and video of what's going on with your vehicle throughout the service. Also, they send out good coupons pretty often and overall are a great value as far as dealerships are concerned. I'd highly recommend this place for all your car service needs!
I called to set up an appointment, Colton was very helpful and informative over the phone. Made it easy and also sent a confirmation with the details as well which was really helpful since I just moved to Utah and don’t know where anything is . We then went to meet with Hyrum he made our appointment there easy and quick. (I have two little kiddos) He was very helpful when it came down to the vehicles details and helped us get the best deal possible. Kellen the finance manager was also very thorough with the paper work explained in good detail what we are signing. He also gave us this cool usb that looks like a key with all the paperwork. Which I thought was really cool. All in all highly recommended to meet with them if you guys are going to Hyundai to get a vehicle . They do the most they can and we were only there for two hours! 10/10 best experience at a dealership I’ve ever had😊
Brought in my Hyundai Sonata that only has 17200 miles due to it displaying a hybrid system warning. Ive Turns out they had to replace the whole transmission. They covered it under warranty, thank goodness! A vehicle with that low of miles should not be having those sort of issues. There service dept. kept me informed throughout the whole process while they were working out the transmission issues and Jacob was great to work with. I will be taking it back in for service though, as now after having it for approx. 5 days and less than 200 miles later have the maintenance and check engine warnings going off. Hopefully these new warnings indicators are nothing to worry about or something minor. Crossing my fingers!
