Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a service department! Fast turn around on my vehicle, friendly and informative staff, fair pricing, and no upsales or unnecessary work! I spoke with Cody, the service manager, on the phone prior to bringing my truck in; he assured me I’d be taken care of- and he didn’t disappoint! Everett was my service writer and took great care of me and kept me informed throughout the process. These guys earned a service customer for life!
Recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from this lot and couldn't be happier with the experience. I never once felt like I was being sold anything and that they respected my needs and time frame.
I first spoke with the lot manager ( Cory) who took the time to listen to me and my past experiences with dealerships and he got me connected to Colby. Colby is the man you want to work with when even just looking for a vehicle. We had a budget in mind and a timeframe of roughly a month before we were going to buy and he was amazing at not pressuring me and blowing me up every day to get me back on the lot. I was able to call/text him questions as they came up and as I narrowed down my choice. When I was ready to buy and let him know I was on the way, he made sure to have everything ready to go. There was some minor damage to the paint/surface of the vehicle from sitting on the lot and he made sure their on site body shop took care of everything before I even got the keys. After picking up the vehicle on one of his days off, he text me and told me I was welcome to come back and he would go over some more of the features to make sure I was ready to drive. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
From the first time I talked with the sales person (Kiwi Ken) over the phone until I purchased the new Jeep truck, I was more than happy with the response I got from the dealership. Everyone was very polite and respectful to my wife and I. The salesman also has followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I will return and send others. This vehicle purchase has been the best dealership experience that I have had. Thanks.

Geoff was great to work with, explained issues in simple terms for someone who knows nothing about cars, he also kept me updated every step of the way. Every encounter I had with any associate in the service department was phenomenal, everyone is personable and kind. Everyone seems willing to help in whatever way they can. I will be a lifelong customer.
My overall experience was really good, I am a first time car buyer. I found the car I wanted online. I was very picky in what car I wanted and had certain criteria for my car. They were very flexible with my needs. They worked around my busy schedule and offered several suggestions to help me get the car I wanted. I went into the dealership to test drive the car I found online, and ended up buying the car. There wasn't a lot of pressure to make a deal right then, it was based off of my needs. I worked with DJ and he was very kind and easy going. The time I went in test drove, bought the car, and signed the paperwork was about an hour tops. DJ had the paperwork ready to go in preparation for me buying the car. This helped speed up the process and time of me coming in and out. Would recommend this dealership to those who are wanting a more relaxed car buying experience.
