After the positive experience my daughter and husband had recently purchasing a Subaru there. We were looking for a great car for my wife and decided to go there ourselves even though other dealerships were closer since we live by the University of Utah. Originally we had our minds set on a Subaru Outback since we currently own one now. However, after talking with Rhett, the Sales Representative and listening to our wants and needs, Rhett recommended that besides the Outback that we might want to look at the Subaru Forester as well. We did and my wife loved it! She really liked the additional space inside as well as the larger window areas for light and drive viewing enjoyment. I really appreciated the professional and non pushy sales approach from the sales agent Rhett. He was always asking about what we wanted and answered all our questions. I was extremely impressed with Rhett as well as the finance representative Chris in going the extra mile in helping us with a same day visit and purchase experience. One HAPPY Subaru Forester owner and I'm sure one of many HAPPY Mark Miller Subaru fans!!!!!

Overall, great service. I am transgender and your staff was very accepting and welcoming. The service department was great and provided excellent service. The only issue I had was I bought four new tires and they never mentioned there was a $60 rebate being offered and I happened to notice it the next day while looking at the invoice. They should make a point to look for things like that as it could also help sell more tires.

The service and knowledge at this dealership was amazing from the moment we went there. We knew what car we wanted. Paid the price listed- they don’t haggle- we were in a hurry so we were in and out in 90 minutes. The after buy service is fabulous with training in the cars features and free oil change for two years. It was the best car buying situation ever! Thanks!!!!!

Jordan Rock treated me very well. Pete the sales manager made sure I received the absolute best deal on my trade in. Second car purchased as my partner had purchased one from Pete and referred me. They had us taken care of in record time and I have purchased cars at many dealers across the Salt Lake area who could never close a sale that quickly. The walk through by Patrick on different controls of the car didn't miss a beat either. Very detailed. Overall phenomenal experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Have purchased two cars from them through Kevin Edwards. He is an excellent salesman! He is very patient and kind and ensures we get what we are looking for. Not pushy at all. I can't recommend enough buying from him. Recently had some work done on one of our cars as well. They were really great! They picked the car up from my wife at work and provided a loaner car until the work was done. They did a great job communicating through the repair process, which was greatly appreciated.
