Lost our order. But when my wife was in there the first time they didn't tell her that they waited till she came back in then remade it. Have them a second chance and they used bbq that was spiced up. And when asked about it the girl working hung up
Great taste, fair price, quick and friendly service. Also open super late while most places are closed or closing soon after I get off work.
My food showed up over 30 minutes late. The food was ice cold, and parts of the order were incorrect. As much as I spent, I expected better.
Order took 30 mins longer than expected, and they forgot one of our items. Has happened multiple times, and has usually left us with lukewarm or cold food. When I usually call they treat me as if they don't care whatsoever. Owner needs to have a very serious sit-down with their employees.
Stopped ordering from there in 2017 due to the delivery taking HOURS or never arriving. Just ordered again (2021) and delivery never showed, called and no answer. Glad I ordered through grubhub and they refunded at least. Not worth it.
