KAL is our salesperson. He is very well versed on all Toyota products. He answered all of our questions professionally and quickly. He even handled the financing of my husband's new car. KAL even jumped through hoops to find a Toyota that perfectly fit our needs. We will be returning when we need another automobile.

I'm 55yo and have had quite a few cars/suv's in my life. Never have I had such poor treatment and poor service from any dealership. Please also know that Thayer has multiple dealerships in Bowling Green, Ohio. I would think that all of them are just as bad. Buyer beware. Don't believe the other higher star reviews. Must be friends of the family. :)
