The coaches and other gym members are so helpful and friendly. I found not only friends but a new family! The encourage you and push you to go more, while always keeping you safe! I have come so far in my couple years of being here and I have so much more to learn. I have found a new 'me' here at the gym, a stronger me, a more positive me and a more confident me. I can't wait to see what a couple more years will do!! Come and see for yourself!!
What a positive, encouraging environment! Coaches are knowledgeable and provide clear, precise instructions and guidance throughout class. I can show up to any class and people will be supportive of my ability (or inability) and encourage me to keep going and strive for my best! I have lost weight, gained muscle, strength, and endurance as I have continued to run. I've also gained many friends! Love being a part of this community!!
