I found the exact car I wanted online so I called up there and spoke to Chris Brickel about it then drove an hour away to go and look at it. When I got there and met him I knew right away I was driving home in it! Him and Tyler the financing guy are great. Tyler worked wonders. Chris was even outside detailing it himself at one point! Both made the whole experience pretty enjoyable, quick, and painless for me. Great help, great upfront and honest people, would definitely go back.

I had a great experience. Jarrod and Chris were fantastic and got me the best deal! I was very pleased with their efforts to make the deal happen and get me the payments i needed. Not one time did i feel pressured, or pushed to buy something i did not want or could not afford, it was all about making a good deal happen within my means, and that alone tops the other places i went prior. I appreciated that very much. Great clean show room, and had a great selection of cars as well. I will be back ! Thanks Guys!!! You guys rock !

Horrible experience, went to look at a used car with my wife. Made an appointment, salesman was adamant about us coming in, 30min before appointment salesman wanted to reschedule so he could go to the dentist, then changes his mind and wants to keep appointment. We show up and the car he brings us is not what was advertised, the interior was different and there was a lot wrong with the vehicle - said the car was in great shape over the phone, but when we got there said the radio was broken and they would replace that, I found the antenna was tapped together and he tried to brush it off like it was a cheap part, then found the window switch wasn't working correctly and he said that it was supposed to be like that. Absolute zero knowledge of vehicles. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.

Called and talked toChris Brickel “the Marine Guy”. Can not give enough praise to Chris, he went above and beyond what a salesman does for his customers and making them feel right home. Really enjoyed working with Chris and Rick, the entire Mazda of Wooster team, as they put me in a Jeep Wrangler. Thank you all for being so customer and family oriented.
