The provided me with the wrong prescription ( similar older prescription I had on my account) although I told them which one I was looking for. I didnt check that so used the wrong prescription for about a week.
A small CVS, but it's well stocked, and the staff are very kind and helpful (besides one guy at the pharmacy who already left, thank god). I used to go here very often before the pandemic, and they'd always help me with finicky coupons and whatnot.
5 stars. A knowledgeable clerk told me CVS stands for Caring Vigilant Spider-men. I had no idea Spiderman endorsed CVS. I will return as I love Spiderman and if he goes to CVS I will also go to CVS.nnViva la spider man
Rude and unprofessional place.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy an item that was on sale and the clerk refused to honor the discount, asking me to put it back on the shelf if I didn’t want to pay the full price. I went back to the shelf to take a picture of the discount tag and he followed me, only to realize that he was wrong and that the item I wanted was CLEARLY on sale. I thought he was going to remove it, but he couldn’t because I had already taken a picture. No apologies were offered. I took the item back to the cashier and paid the discounted price but his attitude was unprofessional and inexcusable. He deserves to be fired.
