I'm done with pizza hut, Marco's is better if you have a family to feed. We have 6 kids and 2 adults in the house, their pizzas no matter what size is 8 slices. I remember a large used to be 12 slices Soo I have stopped ordering here for over a month now. I get Marco's big square deal. Just two of those and the kids are good I no longer have to spend 30 plus dollars to feed my household
They have a lunch buffet. Food is consistently prepared--the crust is always the same size, no big bubbles in the pizza, enough ingredients. The taste is always good. I just with they put a little more sauce on it. Sometimes it seems dry.
I am not sure whose problem this was..... I placed my order online. I did not get one of the pizzas I ordered. However, upon looking at the receipt in my email, the receipt reflected the pizzas I received. I will never order online again.
Delivery took longer than originally quoted. No fork provided for salad. Food was only mildly warm upon arrival. Flavor was as expected, but overall could have been better.
I want to start by saying that I love and always will love pizza hut. However The last 5 times we have ordered we have had to call and complain over something always being wrong. I understand times are tough more than anything. However if your staff is that incompetent , then your customers rightfully deserve and explanation as to why their orders are always wrong, especially if you are out of items and just fail to let the customers know.
