I have known the Speth family for close to ten years and they put their heart and soul in everything they do. Get ready for a great workout.
I have taken two classes at their studio and I absolutely love it! The instructors are friendly and helpful. The environment is welcoming and the studio is very clean. I am not flexible at all but the heat helps my flexibility. I like yoga but I am not very good at it lol. This class helps you focus on certain movements which will help my future practice. Not only is this relaxing but this is the best work out I have ever had! I sweat more in this class than taking a spin class. You also feel very relaxed and energized. I am excited to continue to taking more classes!
This was a great experience! I have gone 3 times now and it gets better every time. My skin is starting to look all glow and I feel much lighter in spirit. One warning though, when they say hydrate they mean it. It makes the practice so much easier if you have been hydrating in the days leading up to it.
I really enjoy this practice. Great morning starter to get me energized and ready for the day. Definitely an intense workout, but it does the body good!
We love the family yoga (not hot) class - great studio and local people!
