I purchased a 2012 VW Beetle from Carena Motors. Joe was extremely helpful! We did everything over the phone before I even went in including approval and bank funding. It was painless! Everyone was friendly. I went in, test drove the beetle, sat with Joe and was gone with my car within an hour! I highly recommend this amazing dealership!
They sell nice looking cars but they do not disclose car repair history or major mechanical issues. They have no clue the history of the cars. I will never buy another car from them again. Please do not waste your time buying cars from this dealership.
We put a $500 deposit down via debit card to hold a van for what would have been less than an hour, didn’t get the van, (deposit was promised to be 100% refundable) After 2 weeks of being put off & our money still not being returned, Carena & their credit card processing company now say it’s in “limbo” & it’s on our bank now. It’s been extremely frustrating but we aren’t just letting our $500 slide. Now we move on to the next steps to get our money back!! Just ridiculous!! Be careful!!
Care a Motors is by far the best car buying experience I've had thus far. Professional & there to work with your individual situation. Ken was GREAT, he tried his hardest to get me in the car I WANTED and came to see. Never did he try to sway me to another vehicle or play dealership wager games. I would recommend this dealership to buyers on all credit spectrums!! Trust me they're great! Thanks again Ken!!
