We had a great experience here today. Came in as our lease expired and the sales team (Kevin and Kathryn) were great to accommodate us and make sure we leave happy and satisfied. Kathryn was very helpful and very thorough making sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Except for a long wait to finalize the sale with the finance team (which is expected on Thanksgiving weekend I guess) everything was great!

Bob Gandolfini was courteous and professional. He explained all potential costs and services that may be necessary, and those that were eventually charged. I was kept informed throughout the process and provided a loaner vehicle when it was determined that the mechanics would need more time.nA very professional operation!
Rick C was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get us in for a test drive and let us go out on our own, which was nice. When we had a small issue with pricing, Rick worked quickly to correct the issue and helped get us out of there in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rick and Acura of Boston.
Very responsive, friendly, and customer service oriented. The sales team does not work on commission so they are more focused on making the customer happy rather than getting a quick sale. Management reached out to me initially and were willing to come to a fair agreement to close the deal. Overall very positive experience compared to other dealerships that I visited.
