Above and beyond service. Took me in nice and early and got to pick the day and time that worked best for me and that is awesome. Felt taken care of and a valued customer. Honest and very trustworthy. Forgot some personal items in my car that were very important to me and the Service gentleman that assisted me made sure to put it all away safely till I came back to pick up the car. Car was nice and clean when picked up. No hand marks or dirty feet stains which is a +. Showed me that they actually care about your vehicle. Will definitely be returning for future service.

I just traded in my 2015 Mkc for the new Nautilus Reserve and I love it!! Jimmy Broderick helped me with both purchases and it was a smooth and easy transaction! Jim is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is a pleasure to work with in choosing the vehicle you want and if it’s not there he will find it for you !! Awesome experience every time I go there!!! Thanks Sentry Lincoln!!! I want to ad that K. J in the service department is awesome also!! Every time I go there she greets by name and with a smile!! She goes the extra mile in helping customers and you can tell she loves her job because she so good at it and is always so cheerful and helpful!!! The level of service here is incredible. On two different occasions, I’ve had to bring my Lincoln to be serviced with a warranty item, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that anything I even questioned needed replacing, they were sure to find the issue and fix it before my warranty ran out. They are honest and great at what they do!! I always feel confident that my vehicle has been worked on properly and with care. THANKS SO MUCH!

I am greatly appreciative of Sam aka Sonny. He’s educated, friendly and made me feel comfortable especially with making my decision. He never once pressured me....I was given the proper costs being completely transparent. Sonny introduced me to Bernie and we were able to create a financial balance. Had a problem with car driving back from nh. Called Sentry ,spoke with Kerrin and explained problem , she was so helpful and pleasant. After bringing car over to Sentry she had a loaner for me and explained what to expect over the next couple of days.Then i received the call that your car is ready.nI would just like to say that i have been dealing with Sentry for over 10 years and never had a problem with service or personnel keep up the great service
