Toyota of Watertown

Most people don't like buying cars- it's a stressful process- it's important to do a lot of research, and try to figure out what you really need versus what you really want, and of course what fits in the budget. I'll try to make this mildly entertaining.nnImagine you're me, and you decide that you need a truck- there are millions of reviews and reports out there, and a lot of different model options sizes etc. Long story short, I land on either a Tundra or a Tacoma, and read up on the models. Do some Googling, find Toyota of Watertown close by, put in an Internet inquiry and then pop over.nnEnter Jonathan, my appointed sales person. First off, I thought I knew everything based on my research about the different truck models at Toyota offered. clearly, that's not the case – when you start to get it all the trim levels and various engine and drive options, there are about 12,000 more possibilities than I realized. Jonathan was super helpful right away in clearing up the confusion. He also was able to look through their inventory and help sort what vehicles I might want to look at, and what it would look like if I decided to order something, or we decided to search for a used model outside of their inventory.nnHe also broke things down to brass tacks and really tried to understand my thinking – he did an excellent job of listening, which I find most sales people don't do. Once he listened to my needs and absorbed what I was looking for, he then helped me test drive two different vehicles and then ultimately weigh the options between the two.nnAt this point I'm a very happy owner of a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2020. I would go back to Toyota of Watertown and would certainly work with Jonathanufffcufffcufffcufffc for my next vehicle.

Well, I can say we are 100% satisfied with our experience this week. We had no plans to buy a new vehicle, but they made me an offer I couldn't say no too. Mehdi Ben was very easy to work with. He is very personable and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked into the building we felt very safe in relation to the Covid19 and were treated very well. We bought a 2020 Highlander and are very happy with it .

We made appointments for two state inspections, but when we arrived we were told then that the appointments couldn't be accommodated because it goes on a first-come, first-served basis. This would have been fine if we had known ahead of time, but we were told that it would be up to 1.5 hour wait per vehicle.nnAfter hearing our grievance they acknowledged it was their error as we should have been told ahead of time, and both vehicles were done with the state inspection in under 30 minutes.nnThank you so much to Kamel in the service department! You made our day better.

Came in for service, just a standard maintenance on the car. I'm always wary of dealerships because I hear the service people always try to sell you on work you don't need. So naturally when my service person told me about the work that needed to be done I was extremely apprehensive and even a little rude. I was not expecting my service person to be so understanding and easy to work with. This gentleman walked me down and thoroughly explained and showed me what the actual issues were and worked out a plan to fix only what needed to be repaired now and what to do later. Overall my experience was awesome and I was just happy to have someone be respectful and put me at ease with my car repair so I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. Thank you very much Daniel Truong for just being awesome.

My most pleasant car-buying experience. Ben was exceptional. He was able to get the car I wanted at the right price...and was even able to get it delivered. The staff at this particular dealer goes above and beyond what other Toyota dealers will do. Even though I purchased one of their low-end vehicles, the customer service was the same as if I bought their top vehicle. Highly recommended. Make sure you speak with Ben. The finance department was very prompt and easy.nnOverall, this dealership is very friendly and well organized, very hard thing to find nowadays.nnI highly recommend Toyota of Watertown.
