I had an excellent experience at Lexus of Watertown. I worked with Eliane Lisboa to lease my new car and she was absolutely wonderful! I happened to run into her at the parking lot looking for directions to the main entrance and she was so kind to not only direct me but wait for me to escort me herself. My experience with her was absolutely a delight. She was kind, smart, fast, patient and efficient during the entire process. I was quite indecisive on the color of the car i wanted but she patiently walked me through the lot and showed me every single car that would interest me. She then meticulously and patiently explained the car, its features and the financing. The entire process was a breeze and i walked out with a car in within 3 hours. Lexus of Watertown and Eliane worked directly with my insurance agency to complete the entire registration and inspection process in 24 hours. The dealership itself is on Arsenal Street area of Watertown with plenty to do. At the dealership they have a nice lounge, nail salon, complimentary coffee, drinks, etc. I was told they serve lunch too but that has been on pause due to the pandemic. Couldn't recommend Eliane Lisboa and Lexus of Watertown more. Excellent service, kind people.
We just drove our new Lexus ES 350 home and love the car. We were very pleased with our experience, as there was no pressure from the outset. Our salesman, Tony Viveiros, was very professional and courteous. He let us take our time on the test drive as we leisurely cruised the local neighborhoods. We took our test drive in a white Lexus and were interested in a gray car. It was no trouble for him to find one from stock and let us swoon over this new car. We ended up buying this beautiful gray car. The whole experience was very good indeed. We also decided to buy an extended warranty and had the polymer coating applied to the front end. These were options we wanted and there was no pressure at all to buy these extras... In summary a very good experience. Derek and Sue
I bought my RX350 from Ed Simpson and have never been happier! He is the best sales person I have ever encountered. His professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner is a skill set rarely seen amongst car sales persons. He continues to stay in touch a year later to make sure we are still happy. I had the most incredible experience at Lexus of Watertown! I traveled almost two and a half hours to work specifically with them. This was my first time buying a brand new car, and they gave me a great deal! They were honest and straightforward. I cannot say enough wonderful things about John Barstow. Not only did he guide me through every step of the process, he also took the time to show me the function of each and every button in the car. I would highly recommend working with him if you want an exciting stress free process. Their facilities are so clean, comfortable and beautiful (and they have great hot chocolate). I honestly can’t say enough great things. If you are looking for a Lexus this is the place to go and John Barstow is your guy!
