Absolutely amazing! I was referred to Greg Cohen in sales by family members. He is honest, no haggler and delivers what he promises. Also Stephanie, the business manager did not pressure after I stated that I don't want any options or packages. I was in and out with a new car within 90 minutes. The entire dealership adheres to Covid-19 guidelines and is extremely clean. Highly recommended!

After a terrible experience with another Volkswagen Dealership, I came in to Colonial Volkswagen of Medford and was introduce to Derek and Paul. Both Derek and Paul listen to where I was coming from and offered me the best deal. Paul really does take care of his customers. Don't let me forget about Neil. Neil was the very first person I spoke to when I went in for a test drive. He is amazing. The customer service you will get from this dealership, is sweeter than ice cream or rather a KitKat bar. Colonial Volkswagen has great employees and they care about all their customers from the moment you walk in their doors. This place is #1.
